Her teams work with students, employers, and University colleagues to ensure students develop the personal, academic, and career skills and confidence they need to succeed from arrival to graduation and into their future careers.Taking a holistic approach to supporting student development and student success, her teams bring together specialist support on academic skills, careers, student development and transitions. An economics graduate from the University of Aberdeen, Shelagh has over 25 years’ experience in Higher Education student support.
