Melissa is Head of USG Planning & Operations, a post she’s held since 2024. She also heads up USG’s Business Unit, providing critical support services to University Secretary’s Group to effectively deliver services for our students and staff. Melissa’s remit includes:Strategic planning, budgeting, aspects of HR, finance, IT and Old College health and safety issuesSupporting the University Secretary and the USG Directors, as well as working closely with USG’s Head of Finance, HR and ITRepresenting USG on University-wide committees and programme boards to ensure its voice is heard and requirements are taken into consideration when implementing any change.
