Student Experience Services (SES) is a large group of administrative, student service and support departments at the University. Our aim is to support our students to have an excellent experience from pre-arrival to post-graduation. We seek to provide an inclusive joined-up experience, ensuring that every student’s journey is as easy as possible and that access to support is consistent, flexible and connected. Our services support staff in Colleges and Schools to ensure their programmes and courses, and the overall support they provide students on their programmes, are high quality and administered effectively. We work to promote and embody the University’s core values as outlined in Strategy 2030, including being principled and inclusive, listening and showing respect for each other, to foster a welcoming community. We want every student and staff experience to be positive at the University and are always seeking ways to enhance and improve what we do.
